The activities of Pickup4Ukraine are enabled by the generosity of our supporters, without whom our work would not be possible at all. Over time, Pickup4Ukraine has also built stable partnerships and collaborates closely with other organizations.
Here, we would like to introduce you to the most important ones.
Lawyers’ Move / Хід Юристів (Ukraine)
We have been working with the Kyiv charity “Lawyers’ Move,” which emerged from the organization “Dead Lawyers Society,” now for over two years. They ensure that our Ukrainian customs declarations are complete and properly recorded in the system. They are also responsible for handling the documentation of the transfer of ownership and possession of our vehicles to the Ukrainian army units. This ensures that the vehicles are not misused but are deployed where they are most needed.
Perhaps the most important aspect of our collaboration lies in the cooperation for evacuation vehicles: About a quarter of the vehicles we procure are now being converted into so-called “casevacs,” or casualty evacuation vehicles, in the Kyiv region. Ukraine’s Frontline Hospitals / Українські Прифронтові Лікарні (Ukraine)
The second organization we work closely with is “Ukraine’s Frontline Hospitals” in Kyiv, led by Mariia Zivert. This organization supports a network of 10 to 12 civilian hospitals in frontline cities of Ukraine, as well as stabilization points that provide intensive initial care to the wounded on their way from the front to the hospital. UFH receives in-kind donations from us, including surgical supplies, operating tables, and large equipment such as ultrasound machines and a microscope for eye surgeries. In 2025, with a large monetary donation, we were also able to procure urgently needed specialized equipment for a hospital in Mykolaiv: a microscope for neurosurgery, a sterilizer, and an ultrasound machine for pre-operative diagnosis of head injuries.
1019.ch – Ukrainehilfe (Switzerland)
In Spring 2025, our collaboration with the aid organization 1019.ch in Switzerland came to life. Our contact person there is Martin Fussen. With their generous financial support, we have been able to buy several vehicles in 2025 for our transports in July and October, that are converted into evacuation vehicles or help aid organizations in supplying orphanages and caring for internally displaced persons.
The Ukraine Quilt – A Digital Memorial (United States)
We are very grateful and honored to be among the Ukraine supporting NGOs that have been chosen by The Ukraine Quilt – A Digital Memorial, as beneficiaries of their work. The Ukraine Quilt is a unique art project created by artist and creative coder Kirti Schoener. For every day of the Ukraine war since February 24 2022, a quilt square is created, based on an algorithm and generative art code written by the artist. Supporters can sponsor a square and add their story to the digital memorial. Proceeds will be donated to the beneficiaries.
